Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases made through our official ecommerce platforms, authorised dealers linked through our Site, or any promotional offers made via our website. It also covers downloadable items (e.g. brochures, colour cards) and services directly provided by us (for example, repainting services).
2. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You may be eligible for a return or refund under the following circumstances:
- The product is defective / damaged upon delivery.
- The product received is not as described (e.g. wrong model, wrong colour, missing parts).
- The product was delivered incorrectly (wrong item) or delivered to you late beyond acceptable shipping estimates.
- For services (e.g. repainting), only under agreed terms where service quality or deliverables differ materially from what was promised.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Some items or situations are not eligible for returns or refunds, including:
- Change of mind (unless we have clearly indicated a “change of mind” return policy for a specific product).
- Products that have been used, painted with, opened or unpacked beyond what’s necessary to inspect condition.
- Damaged due to misuse, improper storage, unauthorised repair, or other customer-caused damage.
- Customised or made-to-order products where modifications have been made per your request.
- Downloadable digital materials after download, unless defective or misdelivered.
4. Timeframe for Return / Refund Requests
- You should report any defect, damage, or mis-delivery within 7 days of receiving the product.
- For downloadable content, report any issue within 3 days of download or delivery (whichever is applicable).
- For repainting or service-related complaints, notify us within [X days] from when service was completed (insert a reasonable time).
5. Return Process
To request a return or refund:

• Description of issue (defect, damage, wrong item, etc.)

- Return shipping costs:
- If the item is defective / damaged / not as described, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- If the return is due to change of mind (and if allowed), the cost of return shipping will be borne by you (the customer), unless otherwise agreed.
6. Refunds

9. Digital Content & Downloads
- If digital content (e.g. brochures, colour cards) is defective, misdelivered or you received the wrong file, we will assist to correct the issue or re-deliver the correct file.
- Once you have downloaded the digital content successfully, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available.
10. Repainting / Service-Related Refunds
- For repainting services rendered by our team, any discrepancy or issue in service quality should be reported immediately.
- If the service was not performed as agreed (scope, timeline, materials), we will evaluate and, if justified, offer remedial work, partial refund, or full refund, depending on severity.
11. Changes to this Policy
- We may revise this Refund & Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective from the date posted on this page. Your continued use of our site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
