Seamaster Elasticseal 2 in 1 (Water based elastomeric Waterproofing Primer and Finish Coat) 8605 is water based acrylic polymer elastomeric waterproofing membrane. It is specially formulated as primer and/or finish coat performance with excellent water, alkaline and efflorescence resistance. It is also provided good adhesion property to seal hairline cracks and prevents water from penetrating into the substrate.
