Seamaster Roof Guard Water Based Roofing Paint 8700 is superior quality water based acrylic material for sealing of cracks on roofs and other cementation surfaces. It is suitable for all types of roofing such as galvanised sheet, concrete, asbestos cement and roof tiles coating. It is smooth and easy to apply. It also provides excellent water resistance membrane for the substrate. This product also has excellent adhesion.

Suitable for all types of roofing and roof gutters including zinc, galvanised, asbestos, cement tiles and roof slate. However not recommended for surfaces which are submerged for long period.
